If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.C. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedD.未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Allowed （2）資質(zhì)要求Qualification requirement:A.投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)取得覆蓋本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品且有效的《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）及《特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書(shū)》（壓力管道元件）。投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供證書(shū)原件掃描件（原件備查）并可在全國(guó)特種設(shè)備公示信息查詢平臺(tái)（ info-pub/pub）核實(shí)。The manufacturer of the bidding product shall obtain a valid "Production License of Special Equipment People's Republic of China" (for the manufacture of pressure pipeline components) and a "Special Equipment Type Test Certificate" (for pressure pipeline components) that cover the bidding products. A scanned copy of the original certificate is required at the time of bidding (originals are subject to verification) and can be verified on the National Special Equipment Public Information Query Platform ( info-pub/pub). B.投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供閥門(mén)所集成的閥門(mén)定位器的《產(chǎn)品防爆合格證》，由國(guó)家授權(quán)防爆認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)。投標(biāo)時(shí)提供掃描件。The bidder shall provide the "Product Explosion-proof Qualification Certificate" issued by the national authorized explosion-proof certification institution for the integrated explosion-proof valve positioners.The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding. （3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商在中國(guó)境內(nèi)應(yīng)具有2套乙烯裝置的氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥合同業(yè)績(jī)，且滿足以下要求：a.每個(gè)合同氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥數(shù)量大于或等于30臺(tái)且設(shè)計(jì)溫度≤-45℃，且包含1臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)溫度≤-160℃的氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥。b.提供的2個(gè)合同業(yè)績(jī)中，至少有1個(gè)合同應(yīng)包含1臺(tái)口徑大于或等于14”且設(shè)計(jì)溫度小于等于-45℃的氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥。同一集團(tuán)全球范圍內(nèi)不同制造商（即同一集團(tuán)旗下的全資子公司或控股子公司或制造工廠）制造的所投產(chǎn)品的業(yè)績(jī)，視為投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商的業(yè)績(jī)；投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供說(shuō)明函，說(shuō)明本次所投產(chǎn)品的制造商與滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的產(chǎn)品制造商屬于同一集團(tuán)。From January 1st, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied by the bidder shall have two supply contracts of Pneumatic Control Valves for Ethylene Plant , and meet the requirements simultaneously:a.Each contract must include no fewer than 30 pneumatic control valves with a design temperature of ≤-45°C, and at least one pneumatic control valve with a design temperature of ≤ -160°C.b.Among the two contract performances provided, at least one contract should include one pneumatic control valve with a diameter greater than or equal to 14" and a design temperature ≤ -45℃.The performance of the products submitted by different manufacturers within the same group (i.e., wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries or manufacturing plants under the same group) is regarded as the performance of the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder; the bidder should provide an explanatory letter to state that the manufacturer of the products submitted in this bid and the manufacturer of the products meeting the above performance requirements belong to the same group.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(yè)（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱(chēng)、裝置名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、貨物數(shù)量、口徑尺寸、設(shè)計(jì)溫度。若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, number of goods、valve size、design temperature.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過(guò)所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。 If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
