3、投標人資格要求投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照； 如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license; The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate. B．（接受代理） 如果投標人為代理商，投標人應(yīng)得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標提供該貨物的合法正式授權(quán)書。If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding. C. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標：否Joint Venture: Not Accepted D.未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate（ABS/DNV/BV/CCS）檢驗證書 泵適合在海上環(huán)境中運行，投標人應(yīng)承諾自費對所提供的產(chǎn)品進行檢驗并取得國家應(yīng)急管理部認可的其中一家第三方認證機構(gòu)（ABS/DNV/BV/CCS）的檢驗證書。The pumps can run in the offshore environment, and VENDOR shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain final certificate of the package from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, DNV, BV and CCS.投標人提供的泵必須是制造商的成熟產(chǎn)品，買方不接受未經(jīng)使用的試制產(chǎn)品。The Pumps should be manufacturer proven products. Unused prototype equipment shall not be acceptable. 業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference: 2013年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個電動液壓隔膜泵的供貨業(yè)績，且滿足介質(zhì)為凝析油，流量≥31m3/h，出口壓力≥7250kPaG的技術(shù)要求。Since Jan. 1st, 2013 to the deadline of bids submission stipulated(The date of signing the contract shall prevail),The manufacturer of the products invested by the bidder shall have at least two sets the electrical hydraulic diaphragm pumps supply performance, and meet the technical requirements of the Condensate as medium，capacity ≥31m3/h,discharge pressure ≥7250kPaG.投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗收證明材料。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項目名稱、介質(zhì)、流量和出口壓力的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗收材料。The bidder shall furnish reference List in given form？for the above-mentioned Requirement for BIDDER's reference, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by VENDOR shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: contract signing time, name of Manufacturer,name of goods, name of Project ,technical requirements of medium,capacity and discharge pressure, receiving certificate of arrival of goods. 未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項目名稱、介質(zhì)、流量和出口壓力的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗收證明材料的，均視為無效業(yè)績。If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate contract signing time, name of Manufacturer,name of goods, name of Project ,technical requirements of medium,capacity and discharge pressure, receiving certificate of arrival of goods will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標:不接受未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
