Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目成都市武侯區(qū)省級“雙創(chuàng)”示范基地孵化載體建設(shè)項目電梯設(shè)施設(shè)備采購及安裝采購/標段已由武侯區(qū)行政審批局以川投資備【2208-510107-04-01-852661】FGQB-0209號批準建設(shè)，項目業(yè)主為成都武侯太平園城市更新建設(shè)有限公司，建設(shè)資金來自國家投資-非政府投資，項目出資比例為100%，招標人為成都武侯太平園城市更新建設(shè)有限公司。項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行公開招標。

Normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:18.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.2建設(shè)規(guī)模：依托成都市武侯區(qū)省級“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新”示范基地，建設(shè)“孵化+創(chuàng)投”、 “互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”集合新型創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化器，具體包括眾創(chuàng)空間、企業(yè)融通創(chuàng)業(yè)苗圃、 創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化載體等載體平臺。項目用地面積 58 畝，總建筑面積 134709.89㎡，其中地上建筑面積 81007.69㎡，包括建設(shè)眾創(chuàng)載體空間 30666.56㎡，企業(yè)融通創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺 29696.56㎡，雙創(chuàng)企業(yè)孵化載體 20644.56㎡；地下建筑面積 53702.20㎡，配套公共停車位 1290 個、雙創(chuàng)廣告位 95 個以及配套其他相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備等。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>資質(zhì)要求①投標人為制造商：須具有《中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》，許可項目：電梯制造（含安裝、修理、改造），許可子項目含：曳引驅(qū)動乘客電梯（含消防員電梯）B級及以上、曳引驅(qū)動載貨電梯和強制驅(qū)動載貨電梯（含防爆電梯中的載貨電梯）（不分級）的電梯制造企業(yè)；
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>②投標人為代理商：所代理的電梯設(shè)備制造商滿足①要求，且代理商須具有《中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（許可項目：電梯安裝（含修理），許可子項目：曳引驅(qū)動乘客電梯（含消防員電梯）B級及以上、曳引驅(qū)動載貨電梯和強制驅(qū)動載貨電梯（含防爆電梯中的載貨電梯）（不分級）的單位；

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2.1本次招標接受代理商投標，一個制造商對同一品牌同一型號的貨物，僅能委托一個代理商參加投標。多種設(shè)備打包采購的，招標人應(yīng)選擇其中主要設(shè)備要求投標人提供授權(quán)，主要設(shè)備包括：電梯。代理商須具有電梯生產(chǎn)制造商針對本項目出具的授權(quán)書；電梯生產(chǎn)制造商與銷售代理商不能同時參與本項目投標。 。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.1凡有意參加投標者，請于2024年10月01日起，在成都市公共資源電子交易云平臺(www.cdggzy.com）（以下簡稱“電子交易云平臺”）免費下載招標資料（招標文件及相關(guān)資料），獲得“擬投標項目回執(zhí)”。

Normal style='line-height:150%'>5．投標文件的遞交
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投標文件遞交的截止時間（投標截止時間，下同）為2024年10月28日10時30分，招標人或其委托代理機構(gòu)，以及已在投標截止時間前按規(guī)定上傳投標文件的投標人，均應(yīng)在開標當日投標截止時間前登錄不見面開標系統(tǒng)（網(wǎng)址：www.cdggzy.com），錄入相關(guān)人員姓名、電話等基本信息。投標人未按時登錄不見面開標系統(tǒng)，錯過開標解密時間的，由投標人自行承擔不利后果。
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投標人應(yīng)在解密開始后30分鐘內(nèi)在線完成投標文件解密。投標文件未能在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)成功解密的，視為投標人未在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)提交投標文件，由投標人自行承擔責任。不見面開標項目不接受投標人現(xiàn)場遞交光盤等形式的投標文件，不接受投標人現(xiàn)場解密投標文件。
