英文："*24.5.2   In the process of technical review, the bid shall be rejected under any of   the following circumstances: 1. The bid documents do not meet the   requirements of the important terms (parameters) marked with asterisks   (" *") in the technical specifications of the bidding documents, or   the important terms (parameters) marked with asterisks (" * ") do   not meet the technical data support required by the bidding documents ".
