- 招標文件第二章須知前附表1.4.3（12）有騙取中標或嚴重違約或重大工程質(zhì)量問題的年份要求：由“最近三年( 2020 年 09 月 25 日 至 2023 年 09 月 24 日”修正為“最近三年( 2020 年10 月 8日 至 2023 年 10月7日”。
