normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.2列入“國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)”嚴重違法失信企業(yè)名單，列入“信用中國”網(wǎng)站失信被執(zhí)行人、企業(yè)經(jīng)營異常名錄、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單不允許參加本次投標，否則投標無效；
