seline; box-sizing: border-box; font-stretch: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">一、本項(xiàng)目采購過程中需要使用四川省政府采購一體化平臺(tái)，登錄方式及 （一）供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)自行在四川 -辦事指南查看相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)操作指南，并嚴(yán)格按照操作指南要求進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)操作。在登錄、使用采購一體化平臺(tái)前，應(yīng)當(dāng)按照要求完成供應(yīng)商注冊和信息完善，加入采購一體化平臺(tái)供應(yīng)商庫。 （二）供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)使用納入全國 平臺(tái)（四川省）數(shù)字證書互認(rèn)范圍的數(shù)字證書及簽章（以下簡稱“互認(rèn)的證書及簽章”）進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)操作。供應(yīng)商使用互認(rèn)的證書及簽章登錄采購一體化平臺(tái)進(jìn)行的一切操作和資料傳遞，以及加蓋電子簽章確認(rèn)采購過程中制作、交換的電子數(shù)據(jù)，均屬于供應(yīng)商真實(shí)意思表示，由供應(yīng)商對其系統(tǒng)操作行為和電子簽章確認(rèn)的事項(xiàng)承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。 已辦理互認(rèn)的證書及簽章的供應(yīng)商，校驗(yàn)互認(rèn)的證書及簽章有效性后，即可按照系統(tǒng)操作要求進(jìn)行身份信息綁定、權(quán)限設(shè)置和系統(tǒng)操作；未辦理互認(rèn)的證書及簽章的供應(yīng)商，按要求辦理互認(rèn)的證書及簽章并校驗(yàn)有效性后，按照系統(tǒng)操作要求進(jìn)行身份信息綁定、權(quán)限設(shè)置和系統(tǒng)操作?；フJ(rèn)的證書及簽章的辦理與校驗(yàn)，可查看四川 -辦事指南。 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)互認(rèn)的證書及簽章日常校驗(yàn)和妥善保管，確保在參加采購活動(dòng)期間互認(rèn)的證書及簽章能夠正常使用；供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格互認(rèn)的證書及簽章的內(nèi)部授權(quán)管理，防止非授權(quán)操作。 （三）供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)自行準(zhǔn)備電子化采購所需的計(jì)算機(jī)終端、軟硬件及網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，承擔(dān)因準(zhǔn)備不足產(chǎn)生的不利后果。 （四）采購一體化平臺(tái)技術(shù)支持： 在線客服：通過四川 -在線客服進(jìn)行咨詢 400服務(wù)
